an outdoor event prep kitchen and indoor bathroom
- On-Site Property Manager - On-site property manager available to ensure
your event runs smoothly from start to finish

Weekday (Monday-Thursday)
- Full Garage, 2 Hour minimum - $250 ($125 per hour)
- Full Garage, Full Day (up to 12 people) - $500
- Full Garage, Full Week (up to 12 people) - $1,000
- Full Venue (Garage & Garden) 7:00AM to 10:00PM (up to 100 people) - $1,000
Weekend (Friday-Sunday)
- Full Venue Rentals Only (Garage & Garden) 7:00AM to 10:00PM - $2,000
