• Bench Rental – Four height-adjustable workbenches that comfortably accommodate

up to two guests each, with convenient built-in outlet access at every table.

• Lounge Area – A comfy seating area with a couch and two big chairs,

perfect for casual meetings, relaxing, or taking a break between projects.

• Cantina – Fully equipped kitchenette includes coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, kettle,

sink, and utensils, making it easy to store, prepare, and refresh yourself while you're here.

• Garden Access – Glass garage door overlooks the outdoor garden,
